Before co-founding Aurora Ridge, Elena spent more than a decade in institutional asset management, working with investment committees responsible for long-horizon pools of capital.
That experience shaped the firm's belief that good investing is less about finding the next prediction and more about building policy: a clear purpose, defined ranges, disciplined implementation, and a repeatable way to act under pressure.
At Aurora Ridge, Elena chairs the investment committee and works with every advisory team on allocation, risk, tax-aware implementation, and concentrated-position strategy.
